Covid-19 Policy

In response to the COVID-19 Coronavirus

Triple C Sales & Service is taking the Coronavirus seriously and has implemented precautionary measures to ensure our customers, staff and vendors who visit our location are safe.

The measures we have implemented are as follows:

  • Daily, deep disinfecting of the facility including store, offices, breakroom and restrooms
  • Our employee hand-washing policy has been updated to require all employees to wash hands immediately following interactions with customers or vendors
  • Employees are required to disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces such as sales counters, laptops, iPad, keyboards, cell phones, door handles and writing utensils immediately after usage
  • We have asked employees to stay home if experiencing symptoms including cough, body aches, fever, respiratory or stomach issues

Our customers are our number one priority and we will do everything possible to ensure our facility remains free and clear of COVID-19. If you do not feel comfortable coming into the store, we are offering the following options for purchases:

  • Our website lists most of the equipment available in our store and can be used as a reference for specs and price
  • The online store is not completely built, but you can call us and complete purchases over the phone
  • Links are available on the website to apply for financing (under the New Equipment link)
  • Free delivery on Gravely zero turn mower purchases within a 50 mile radius of Conway
  • Delivery available on all other equipment will be based on the government mileage rate ($.58 per mile)

Our scheduled promotions and sales will continue as planned, and our store will remain open unless instructed otherwise.
